This groundbreaking platform reflects the vision and expertise of its founder and CEO, Mohammad Nusair. With years of high-level engagement in IP across MENA, U.S., and global markets, he drew upon his extensive knowledge and client-focused insights to meet the critical needs of organizations worldwide.
We found that managing ideas and intellectual property in the MENA region and beyond is challenging due to underdeveloped IP frameworks and the lack of region-specific digital IP management solutions. And we saw innovators’ frustrations as they confronted disjointed processes and inefficiencies. All this resulted in missed opportunities for innovation, protection, and commercialization. Witnessing these challenges firsthand, we searched for a solution that could address the MENA Region's unique needs while adhering to global standards of efficiency and functionality. Finding no viable options, we set out to develop a solution designed to empower innovators and organizations with seamless idea and IP workflow and management.

Mohammad Nusair
Founder and CEO
Mohammad Nusair is the founder and CEO of NovaLexi, the cutting-edge, end-to-end automated idea and intellectual property workflow and management solution he launched in 2024.
For the last decade, he has been at the forefront of efforts to foster increased value creation in Saudi Arabia and the MENA Region by championing and promoting ideation, innovation, and the development and commercialization of intellectual property assets.
His distinguished career includes advising Finnegan, a leading U.S.-based global IP law firm serving Fortune 500corporations, governments, and non-profits, on its MENA engagement. He has collaborated with Saudi ministries and organizations such as the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property; King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology; the MISK Foundation; and portfolio companies of the Public Investment Fund, one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.
Mohammad also partnered with other major global law firms across the MENA Region, the United Kingdom, and the United States, gaining deep insights into the challenges of managing complex IP portfolios. Asan inventor, Mohammad understands the frustrations and intricacies of idea and IP management firsthand.
Earlier in his career, Mohammad founded and led M N Consultancies, Ltd., a strategic advisory firm specializing in business development. He guided Saudi, U.S., UK, and global brands and corporations in achieving outstanding revenue growth in commercial and public-sector markets. His expertise also benefited the Saudi and Jordanian Governments and leading non-profits.
Mohammad studied in Jordan and the United States.
